| Shrnutí: | The company LIVERZAM dedicated to the production, packaging and labeling of various products such as: liqueurs, juices, waters; in several types of bottles such as: flat, square, round and oval, both in glass and plastic material. The company has labeling machines for round bottles, but they do not have a labeling machine for flat bottles, for this reason the process is done manually, which means that this process is carried out by several workers and the labeling time is longer. long. The main objective of this technical project is to automate a labeling system for flat bottles with recycled items from unsold machines that are found in the company's warehouse, which is done by a train of gears that are driven by an axle that passes through a gearbox with worm, the motion transmission consists of three components such as: the drive pulley, the driven pulley and the belt. The labeling system has a control and monitoring board which is responsible for driving the conveyor belt and the labeling machine, as well as displaying the number of labeled bottles, machine failures and emergency stoppage. An electromechanical system was installed for the emergency stop which is located in three different places of the machine in order that the operators have a better management in order to preserve the physical integrity and health of all the personnel of the company. |
