Trata de los inicios de la Economía Popular y Solidaria a nivel global y nacional, donde detallamos el origen, la descripción, y las experiencias de países que han puesto en práctica este tipo de economía ya que ha sido utilizada como herramienta fundamental en momentos de crisis, para de tal manera erradicar la pobreza; también se indica los organismos que conforman este tipo de economía del mismo modo el reglamento y la ley que la sustenta.
