By using raw material of high strength with greater assurance and inexpensively is to capture leads for the product, so that when installing the company generate new jobs and being one of the countries with creative ideas to expand commercially within and abroad. Thus encouraging to both domestic and foreign investors bet on capital investment companies with winning vision. Where other producers may see a disadvantage by the limitation that puts the government, this project wants to show that in adversity there are great opportunities for growth within the change of the productive matrix that the Government wishes to obtain
