Also the first part of this work will demonstrate that the purpose for this objective results will be a benefit for the institution.Los contenidos de la tesis tratan un enfoque que destaca el carácter integral del concepto de estrés, entendido como un estado que existe en los diferentes planos de la vida de los sujetos y el carácter a la vez positivo y riesgoso que tiene el trabajo para la salud, entendido como actividad que permite la vida social y el desarrollo de los individuos. Posteriormente, en la investigación se identifican las relaciones entre la salud y el trabajo, tanto en su aspecto positivo como en su aspecto negativo. Inicialmente queremos documentar la importancia de la evolución de ciertos conceptos que se han utilizado en todo el trabajo para que de esta manera podamos entender mejor cual es el fin de la investigación en cuestión.
