HIV/AIDS in Ecuador is a concentrated epidemic, thos means that the highest number of cases of HIV/AIDS is in the population is more exposed to risky behavior, e trans people, gay men, bisexual and other men who have sex with men. With this background it is proposed to conduct a study to help this group to reduce risky behavior and help to improve your lifestyle. The study is part of the management of sexual assertiveness in gay men diagnosed with HIV, who are members of the unit of comprehensive care for people living with HIV/AIDS, Enrique Garcés hospital.
