In the first part of this project, a research was made in order to know and analyze the effects of how not to have the process of metal conforming affects the company. Additionally, the company is interested is to give this service to its clients. According to the results obtained in the previous analysis, it was determined that the best option was to build a semiautomatic hydraulic machine with interchangeable rolls to bend tubes using steel conforming method. The structure of the machine consists in three rolls coupled to their axes. The materials to design the axes was transmission steel 1045, an engine together with a speed reducer to move the axes, and a pinion chain to connect the engine with the axes and give them move. The following project was created according to the necessities that the company has to construct bodyworks using the metal conforming process. Finally, to design the machine diagrams and its components a modelling 3D software was used. |

Finally, to design the machine diagrams and its components a modelling 3D software was used.El presente proyecto comprende el diseño y construcción de una máquina hidráulica dobladora de tubos semiautomática con rodillos intercambiables para uso exclusivo de la empresa “Carrocerías Pedrotti”. Como parte inicial se efectuó un estudio acerca de la situación actual de la empresa para conocer y analizar, en cuánto afecta, no tener el control del proceso de conformado, se busca también que la empresa mencionada preste el servicio de conformado. Se realizó un análisis de alternativas donde se plantearon varias opciones y se determina como mejor opción una dobladora de tubos hidráulica semiautomática. El diseño de la máquina se conforma de tres rodillos acoplados a sus respectivos ejes, se utiliza como material de diseño el acero de trasmisión 1045, para la trasmisión del movimiento a los ejes se utilizó un motor eléctrico conformado con un reductor y su trasmisión se diseñó por medio de cadena piñón que fue la mejor alternativa que se pudo establecer. De acuerdo a las necesidades que la empresa presenta, es decir, la variedad de conformado de tubos y perfiles que se utilizan en la fabricación de carrocerías se construye y se diseña el siguiente proyecto.
