Добавить метку | Итог: | This research paper reviews general concepts, which allow to understand the implications of the adoption of electronic government within the public administration. In addition, the degree of adoption of the Electronic Government in Ecuador is analyzed, through 3 aspects: the measurement of the indicators proposed in the National Plan for Electronic Government (PNGE) in 2014, the review of the application of technology in the Operational projects and the assessment of government web portals. The results of the analysis carried out will allow to obtain the percentage National Plan adoption level and consequently to locate Ecuador within an electronic government maturity level. At the end, the respective conclusions and recommendations will be issued. |
