Then carried out a survey of information regarding the social, identity, economically productive, and systemic policy community (Arocena, 2001) to show or at least have an idea of the kind of development that has taken shape in the last two decades (1990-2010). An important finding was to verify that the community is beginning to guide its path and its long-term vision, based on the proposal of Sumak Kawsay, in which are other ways of living, production, relationship, etc.
