The Constitution of 1998 reflects this mandate and organizes the National Decentralized Integral Protection of Children and Adolescents, it is ratified by the Constitution of 2008 as responsible for ensuring the rights of this population, however, this rule also to organize a national social inclusion and equity to ensure the protection of all people, particularly the priority groups. |
