Riassunto:This project focuses on promoting the company Inyecplast through recognition and promotion strategies, a company dedicated to the sale of footwear supplies. In order to improve its visibility in the market, a detailed strategic plan was implemented. For this purpose, a detailed market study was carried out with the help of PEST and SWOT analyses, and information was gathered through surveys and interviews with different actors in the footwear sector and marketing and advertising professionals. The results indicate that the company should increase an online presence to improve its recognition in the market. Strategies such as increasing interaction on social networks and taking part in national events or fairs are suggested, as well as optimizing prices to be more competitive and encouraging the adoption of sustainable practices. The objective of these actions will consolidate the corporate image and demonstrate greater commitment to online customers. With the strategies implemented, Inyecplast seeks to position itself as a leader in the footwear supplies sector, ensuring constant growth and a solid presence in the digital market.
