Итог:This project aims to analyze how the implementation of industrial design components strengthens the productive innovation of artisanal furniture in Huambaló, Ecuador, through the application of strategic design methodologies. It examines how the integration of advanced design techniques and traditional craftsmanship methods can improve the quality, functionality and competitiveness of furniture produced in the region. The importance of design and craftsmanship in the socioeconomic and cultural development of the country, the dynamics of adoption of industrial design components by local artisans are also studied, highlighting the impact on their production processes and final products. At a micro level, the specific impact of these strategic design methodologies on production is analyzed, including the use of technologies such as 3D modeling and CNC cutting, and the preservation of traditional craft techniques. The project seeks to demonstrate that strategic design not only improves the aesthetic and functional quality of furniture, but also increases innovation and competitiveness in the global market. The research includes interviews with design professionals and artisans, surveys of CENARHU partners, and a detailed analysis of specific cases of successful implementation. Ultimately, this study is expected to contribute to the sustainable development and economic empowerment of the Huambaló community
