Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The planning and management of public spaces has become increasingly relevant in modern cities, and urban-recreational parks have become essential spaces for the physical and emotional well-being of the inhabitants, offering places for recreation and community gatherings. The present project, Urban-architectural intervention in the nautical park located in the community of Patután, being a large-scale park within the community lacks meeting points, recreational centers, green areas and being in neglect requires special attention to intervene in the park. Therefore, the main objective is to intervene in the park through a significant improvement of recreational spaces and the realization of an architectural proposal for a recreational center as complementary activities to the park and to support its importance. Through an exhaustive investigation of conceptual, methodological, and mapping aspects, it has been possible to identify several needs and problems related to the lack of recreational spaces and the isolation of the public space. To this the project allows to respond to the proposed objectives starting from the diagnosis of the environment to the completion of the proposal resulting in spaces that not only meet specific functions but also generate sensations and perceptions thus contributing to the improvement of well-being and coexistence. The project has focused on developing flexible, social, and practical environments with the objective of increasing the socialization of the people involved in recreational activities and encouraging the interest in space, care, and participation of people from the community of Patután and its surrounding neighborhoods. |
