Özet:The González Suárez Educational Unit stands out for its academic excellence and Catholic values. It has achieved recognition in provincial and national events, especially in sports, thanks to teacher training and the provision of quality resources. The institution has a psychological department, which was a fundamental part for the development of the content later in the proposal, being the emotional challenges what affects the students' performance. Family problems and the lack of tools to manage emotions impact the academic performance and interpersonal relationships of adolescents. The stage of 13 to 15 years is key in the formation of identity and social skills. Surveys conducted show that 32.97% of students have difficulties in recognizing and expressing emotions, reflecting an increase compared to previous cycles (15.8% and 23.3%). This highlights the need to strengthen emotional education in the institution. The project is based on an integrative approach combining diagnostic surveys, interviews with specialists and collaboration with psychologists and students. The main emotional difficulties will be analyzed and accessible and effective educational material will be designed. Youthful, attractive and accessible editorial material will be developed for students aged 13 to 15, with illustrations, colors and characters that connect with them. Its objective is to foster emotional recognition and management, promoting personal wellbeing, emotional balance and better interpersonal relationships. It is hoped that this tool will help adolescents face the challenges of their lives with greater security and emotional stability.
