要約: | The Rumiñahui Educational Unit is an institution with several blocks that form primary and secondary level students. With reference to the primary block, in the third grade of E.G.B.U., reading problems have been identified, despite the fact that the institution has the development and space for reading activity programs. These are carried out in all the blocks of the Institution, to improve and motivate this activity, these functions are developed in the course of the school year. In order for these actions to be successful, it is necessary to take into account materials that can support young readers in a continuous way. The present work has focused on investigating, identifying the problem and developing a reading prototype with the use of pop up mechanisms, to add a differential value to the materials that have usually been handled in the classroom, it is composed of readings supported by the contents of the work texts they handle. The results obtained show the graphic, content and layout deficiencies of the reading and work texts. Graphic solutions should be considered and applied to improve the experience, appreciation and interest in reading. The proposal responds to the identified graphic needs, dealing with contents of the city of Ambato in relation to the blocks of the workbook, using pop up mechanisms and more summarized contents, providing prominence to the illustrations and what they can tell graphically to the children of the Rumiñahui Educational Unit. |
