Gaia:This project, titled "Design of Adjustable JIGS for the Manufacturing of Product Displays for BOSCH in Collaboration with Entrepalets SAS," aims to develop a JIG system that enhances the precision and efficiency of display assembly and welding processes. To achieve this, an in-depth study of JIG concepts and market applications was conducted, along with an analysis of BOSCH’s current display designs. The project followed a deductive methodology and employed the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy, enabling early validation and iterative improvements based on user feedback. The initial prototype was developed using MDF to evaluate key factors such as precise angles, correct positioning, and accurate measurements. A second version, built with metal profiles, ensured greater resistance and adaptability to various display models. Validation took place at the Entrepalets SAS workshop, the company responsible for manufacturing the JIGS and a key partner in this project, where the system's precision, ergonomics, and efficiency were tested under real working conditions. The results demonstrated significant improvements in assembly time reduction, resource optimization, and enhanced final product accuracy. Iterative design refinements led to optimized adjustment mechanisms, ensuring the JIG's efficiency and adaptability in an industrial setting, ultimately providing a reliable solution for BOSCH’s display manufacturing process
