Summary:The objective of this investigative study is to describe the importance of the good use and application of visual elements in the process of corporate visual communication of private medical offices, through the study and analysis of their available applications with which these offices communicate with their around. This project has information collected through interviews, observation process and analysis with experts, entities that respond to the role of a process of communicating assertively and effectively in a social environment, visual communication as a fundamental process in an environment where an image is valuable. More than a thousand words, it plays a significant role thanks to advances in technology and visual interfaces that require professional judgment for the development of compositions or graphic pieces with a communication focus aimed in a planned manner at a commercial environment. Based on the triangulation of research results, an analysis is carried out aimed at a descriptive report, with a qualitative approach, which converges in defining a guide with appropriate and recommended guidelines, which will be aimed at achieving good management of visual elements based on objectives, requirements and trends in order to achieve effective advertising and communication objectives. This guide, in addition to a purpose as a proposal for this study, will be the practical way through which many Dental medical offices will be able to direct their commercial and communication process both at the beginning and in their growth process for good management of their corporate image.
