סיכום:The main problem of study is the deficient urban planning in historic places such as Atocha, where exist problems of vehicular and pedestrian circulation, whit this circunstances the actual stand to sale colada morada are causing many problems of welfare for both the retailers and the customers. For this reason a definition of causal subsequently established in the results was performed. The present research is based in the critic-propositive paradigm, is also quantitative qualitative, field, bibliographic and descriptive research. The research poblation is the Asociación 2 de Noviembre conformed by 21 people and customers who are monthly around 1050, the customers filled a survey with evidence problems with the physics aspects of the stand that affect specially to the seller and generates distrust in customers. In the other side the improvised stands have a lack of some areas as the cleaning area, and the storage and preparations spaces are not adecuated. To cover all the needs that dealers have and generate more confidence in the customers its planted a design for a module easy to transport and with all the facilities to expend traditional food, in this case colada morada, in Atocha, Canton Ambato, province of Tungurahua, and improve the quality of this service.
