| Summary: | This study addresses the problem of environmental pollution generated by the use of plastics in the Tisaleo Market, as well as its impact on the surroundings of the town. To address this situation, an information campaign was developed with the purpose of informing the population about environmental problems, promoting proper waste management and informing about sustainable alternatives. The execution of the project was based on the deductive method, with a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach. Bibliographic and documentary sources such as books and theses were used, cornplernented by interviews, surveys and observation sheets to collect Clear and precise information. As a result, strategies were designed to inform market users through printed media such as posters and banners, aimed mainly at adults, and through social networks, with Facebook being the most used platform by young people. The data collected indicated that people aged 25 to 50 have a greater influence on market dynamics, which allowed communication strategies to be adjusted to this target group. The project was structured in stages to facilitate understanding of the problem and its possible solutions, thus ensuring public participation. This approach made it possible to identify the type of information needed and the most effective strategies to achieve the objectives set. |
