Crynodeb:The following graduation project addresses a relevant topic, which is bullying in schools. This issue is prevalent in most educational institutions, and the dilemma is that many of them do not seek an effective way to prevent it. Hence, the following project has been proposed, including a campaign proposal against this giant issue of bullying. Similarly, through the application of inclusive strategies such as radio drama, posters, Facebook posts and stories, and the creation of merchandise, the prevention of bullying among pre-adolescents and adolescents at the Gabriela Mistral Educational Unit in the city of Latacunga is sought. The primary objective of this project is the development of an inclusive campaign against bullying, directly targeting students of the institution and indirectly reaching legal representatives and teachers. After conducting data collection, tabulation, and analysis, it is concluded that the implementation of an inclusive campaign requires the collaboration and participation of all internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, it is emphasized that a change in students' thinking can be achieved, allowing the rejection of the normalization of societal problems like bullying. This involves instilling a new mindset in the students of the institution, with the collaboration of teachers and their representatives, and the application of appropriate regulations for problem resolution.
