| Crynodeb: | The main objective of the degree project is to optimize traditional patterns to adapt them to modern fashion trends, where the preference for fitted and stylized garments is increasing. Through a detailed study of the characteristics of pattern making and stroke, the necessary adaptations have been identified to achieve a pattern making technique that is simple to understand and optimizes processes. The methodological process includes the review of traditional pattern-making techniques, the analysis of technical differences between the different pattern-making methods and experimentation with prototypes to validate the proposed adjustments. Tools such as tailor's rulers have been used to ensure precision in the development of patterns. The results obtained demonstrate that the new patterning technique allows a better adaptation to the body, highlighting the natural lines and offering greater freedom of movement without compromising the characteristic slim fit. In addition, a practical guide is presented for the implementation of this technique in the fashion industry, facilitating its adoption by designers and clothing makers. |
