Therefore, the implementation of Pocket Parks in Cantón Baños is presented as a necessary intervention, since the absence of green areas in PIT S-9 has been identified, which negatively affects the quality of life of its residents. For the execution of this project, a study of theoretical sources is being carried out to provide a guide to the history and implementation process of Pocket Parks. In addition, a quantitative research based on the AEUB methodology, which involves the collection of data through data collection sheets, is being carried out. At the same time, a macro, meso and micro level analysis is developed to understand the current state of the canton. In order to obtain reliable information for decision making through the results obtained. As a product of this project, the design of a network of Pocket Parks is proposed in order to reverse the deficient indicators identified in the PIT S-9 of Baños de Agua Santa Canton. Estos pequeños espacios verdes ofrecen beneficios significativos en cuanto a la calidad de vida y la consolidación urbana. Por lo tanto, la implementación de Pocket Parks en el Cantón Baños se presenta como una intervención necesaria, ya que se ha identificado la ausencia de áreas verdes en el PIT S-9, lo que afecta negativamente la calidad de vida de sus residentes. Para la ejecución de este proyecto, se está llevando a cabo un estudio de fuentes teóricas que permiten tener una guía de la historia y el proceso de implementación de Pocket Parks. Además, se realiza una investigación cuantitativa basada en la metodología AEUB, la cual implica el levantamiento de datos mediante fichas de recopilación. A su vez, se desarrolla un análisis a nivel macro, meso y micro para conocer el estado actual del cantón. Con el fin de obtener información confiable para la toma de decisiones mediante los resultados obtenidos. Como producto de este proyecto, se propone el diseño de una red de Pocket Parks con el fin de revertir los indicadores deficientes identificados en el PIT S-9 del Cantón Baños de Agua Santa.
