The most emerging result of this study is the control of the factors that are affecting embryonic development (temperature, humidity, turning, ventilation), the external conditions that lead to the production area (posture farm) and incubator machines, in other words the success of artificial incubation will depend on the management of the breeders, feeding, disease control, mating activity, body weight and egg quality making them useful for incubation. To have a greater number of chicks born and healthy it is advisable to have an adequate control of all the influential parameters that are affecting embryonic development in addition to applying the golden rules within the hatchery we will thus reduce complications that arise in the future in this process. It is also feasible to carry out a study of the artificial incubation process in different types of birds in order to know which is the most relevant factor in embryonic death. |

It is also feasible to carry out a study of the artificial incubation process in different types of birds in order to know which is the most relevant factor in embryonic death.El presente documento de revisión bibliográfica cuyo tema es parámetros básicos de incubación para asegurar la eclosión en los huevos de gallina, tiene como objetivo establecer un protocolo para manejo de las incubadoras destinadas a la producción aviar mediante una correcta manipulación de la temperatura como parámetro básico logrando reducir la muerte embrionaria y asegurando el porcentaje de eclosión de los huevos, este caso de estudio surge por una creciente preocupación del bajo porcentaje de nacimientos y muerte temprana del embrión; para ello es necesario analizar cada una de las condiciones que conllevan a esta problemática. El resultado más emergente de este estudio es el control de los factores que están afectando al desarrollo embrionario (temperatura, humedad, volteo, ventilación), las condiciones externas que conllevan al área de producción (granja de postura) y las máquinas incubadoras, en otras palabras el éxito de la incubación artificial dependerá desde el manejo de los reproductores, la alimentación, el control de las enfermedades, actividad de apareamiento, peso corporal y la calidad del huevo logrando que sean útiles para la incubación. Para tener mayor número de pollitos nacidos y sanos es recomendable tener un control adecuado de todos los parámetros influyentes que están afectando el desarrollo embrionario además de aplicar las reglas de oro dentro de la planta incubadora disminuiremos así complicaciones que se presenten a futuro en este proceso.
