All our services are performed with the delicacy and care that our clients deserve. We perform treatments with the latest equipment on the market, its main focus is to offer a relaxation and beauty experience in a cozy and professional environment. The case study aims to analyze the level of sales during the year 2024. The company received high ratings for aspects such as customer service and efficient waiting times, it still faces important challenges such as fierce competition, lack of a solid digital strategy and a limited variety of campaigns. In addition, the lack of a digital reservation management system will affect operational efficiency, especially during high-demand seasons.
