The case study aims to analyze the level of sales during the year 2024. The company received high ratings for aspects such as customer service and efficient waiting times, it still faces important challenges such as fierce competition, lack of a solid digital strategy and a limited variety of campaigns. In addition, the lack of a digital reservation management system will affect operational efficiency, especially during high-demand seasons. Customers demonstrate high levels of loyalty, highlighting opportunities to introduce special programs for frequent customers, such as exclusive rewards and benefits. To increase growth, the company plans to strengthen its presence on digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, improve the customer experience through digitalization, and build more effective campaigns based on consumer data. These strategies, combined with better financial management and ongoing employee training, can transform current weaknesses into competitive advantages, ensuring the company's sustainability and growth. The case study entitled “Hair Salon-Spa Albita Sales Level in Durán Canton” is an assessment of the sales situation in which the variety of factors that influence the level of sales are analyzed, and to analyze the fundamental elements that determine customer satisfaction, service effectiveness, and the consequences in local markets. The implementation of automated scheduling technologies, reminders, and service customization will improve the customer experience. In terms of marketing, the study showed that a limited presence on social media such as Instagram and TikTok can negatively affect a company's visibility.
