Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | The present research work deals with the control of the revenues of the vehicular registration of the TRANSVIAL EP of the city of Babahoyo, which has as purpose to achieve profitable profit to the TRANSVIAL EP based on the processes that are carried out where the technical verification, emission of certificates of exemption from technical review; renewal of annual circulation permit (annual vehicle registration); duplicate of registration; application and delivery of plates; issuance of the unique vehicular certificate (tax, registration, vehicle history), the same that are carried out year after year. The case study was conducted through the observation and interview of the staff working in the public entity, and the information presented has problems in the income received by vehicle registration, since the proceeds were not what was projected, it is to say they had decreased in certain percentages, disfavouring this entity, unlike in previous years. |
