The objective of this clinical case is to provide a nutritional plan according to the nutritional and pathological needs of the patient that entails the improvement of symptomatology. Throughout the development it is determined that the patient is in a normal nutritional state, there is no significant weight loss and no nutritional deficiencies, so a diagnosis is established and treatment is provided by a gluten-free nutritional plan, as well as when monitoring for the following 2 weeks, it finally manages to improve the symptomatology described at the beginning. |

Este caso clínico trata sobre una paciente de sexo femenino con 22 años de edad que acude a consulta médica por presentar síntomas de diarrea, cólicos, dolor y distensión abdominal, a la anamnesis manifiesta que los síntomas se desencadenaron posterior a una gastroenteritis, ante la sospecha de enfermedad intestinal inflamatoria se envían exámenes bioquímicos mismos que dan positivo para enfermedad celíaca, confirmando el diagnóstico con una biopsia que determinó enfermedad celiaca tipo MARSH 1. El objetivo de este caso clínico es brindar un plan nutricional acorde a las necesidades nutricionales y fisiopatológicas de la paciente que conlleve a la mejora de la sintomatología.
