Summary:In educational institutions there is not only concern for the sale and consumption of drugs, but also for a new form of aggression: cyberbullying, which consists of harassment through social networks. This type of aggression worries teachers in schools, who claim that the last generations are more violent, so bullying has increased. Cyber bullying generates greater damage since it has greater diffusion, affecting students' self-esteem. In the country, the most recent data on bullying are from 2010. According to the Observatory of Children and Adolescents, of 3 thousand students consulted (between 8 and 17 years old), 1900 declared to suffer this type of violence. The main objective of this research is to analyze the incidence of cyberbullying and school performance in the students of the Educational Unit “José Rodríguez Labandera”, year 2019. The proposal presented in this research project, aims to be a reference model to be applied by the authorities and parents of this educational unit, in order to provide alternative solutions to reduce the effects of this problem among students victims of this type of harassment
