Through the assessment by Maryori Gordo functional patterns, it was possible to determine the altered patterns, which together with the taxonomies NANDA, NOC, NIC, allowed to determine the nursing actions, improving the clinical manifestations in a favorable way. |

El presente caso clínico trata de un paciente de sexo masculino de 26 años de edad con diagnóstico de anemia hemolítica autoinmune, antecedente de VIH diagnosticado de hace más de 10 años además de tuberculosis pulmonar de hace más de 2 años sin un buen tratamiento ingresa al Hospital general "Dr. Liborio Panchana Sotomayor" con un cuadro clínico de hace más de 1 mes con decaimiento de su estado general, agitación, refiere pérdida de peso hace más de dos meses, se realizan exámenes.
