Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The present investigation focused on the management of human talent in the company "Automotriz Lara" of the Vinces canton during the period 2022. A diagnosis of the different personnel management variables was made, applying the quantitative methodology and I use the survey instrument to collect and analyze the degree of satisfaction of customers who go to the workshop for damages or defects that their vehicles present. Staff turnover, the efficiency factor of new employees, training systems in maintenance areas are analyzed in the investigative work. Leadership at the governing level, admission and employment processes, hiring, and salary policies are determining subvariables in the collection of information. The study focuses on the underutilization or overutilization of the functions of the operational personnel, the fourteen employees perform the tasks without the incentives that every worker deserves when carrying out their workday. |
