Sažetak:The main objective of this case study was to recognize the opportunity and ensure the growth of the Chino Store company located in the Babahoyo province of Los Ríos, through the information collected from the company the inconveniences such as the lack of innovation of its products and its negligence in studying the market by not carrying out a marketing process, ignoring its strengths and weaknesses. This case study focused on the research lines of the model of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Informatics of the Technical University of Babahoyo "Communication, entrepreneurship and innovation system", under the research sub line "Marketing and commercialization" of the Commercial Engineering career, as a method in this study, descriptive field research was used, under a qualitative approach. As a result of the proposal of the "MARKETING PROCESS IN THE CHINESE STORE COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF THE CITY OF BABAHOYO", it seeks to implement the phases of this process that is responsible for studying the market and meeting the needs of its customers as a result and optimizing sales one hundred percent.
