This project titled "Evaluation of the Annual Budget of the Fire Department Including the Identification of Revenue Sources, Expenses, and Budget Items for the 2023 Period" aims to analyze the financial structure of the Fire Department during the year 2023. The study focuses on identifying and evaluating the sources of revenue, expenses, and budget items allocated to different activities and operational needs of the institution. The analysis of revenue sources includes reviewing funds from municipal fees, donations, government subsidies, and other contributions. Regarding expenses, both operational and investment costs are examined, covering everything from equipment and vehicle maintenance to staff salaries and administrative expenses. Additionally, budget items are evaluated to determine the efficiency of resource allocation and utilization. This analysis seeks to identify potential imbalances and areas where resource allocation can be improved to maximize operational and financial efficiency. Quantitative and qualitative methodologies will be used to collect and analyze the necessary data, ensuring a comprehensive and detailed view of budget management. The ultimate goal is to provide practical and actionable recommendations that help the Fire Department optimize its financial management, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively, thus improving its response capability and service to the community. This study is presented as a fundamental tool for strategic decision-making and future planning of the institution.
