La guía metodológica contiene elementos para una investigación, el objetivo de una guía es orientar de forma sencilla y concreta la forma de desarrollo de un trabajo, así como también facilitar el proceso del mismo. Las habilidades motrices básicas, ha sido determinantes en el desarrollo de la vida de los estudiantes; sin embargo, algo muy común encontrado en los involucrados es el déficit de la coordinación motriz gruesa, que afecta directamente en el ámbito estudiantil a la obtención de nuevos aprendizajes, así como también en la vida cotidiana de cada uno de estos.
