Sistematización de la administración de ingresos y gastos y el control de inventario en El Comercial ROSMARI de La Parroquia El Salto en el Periodo 2022.

Comercial Rosmary is a medium-sized company located in the El Salto Parish, within the city of Babahoyo, it has problems regarding the administration of income and expenses, in addition to an evident inventory control problem that is reflected in the merchandise expired and obsolete products. The realization of this project arises from the need to generate an order within Comercial Rosmary, because within this company there is no income and expense administration as such, Mrs. Mariuxi, owner of this company is limited to keeping the invoices of the products that he buys and at night, after closing the premises, he counts the money generated in a working day, likewise there are problems in terms of inventory control, where several products expire in the warehouse due to the ignorance of its existence within it. It has been concluded after the review of the results and the analysis of the interview that the Commercial Rosmary presents several shortcomings in terms of the administration of its income and its expenses, likewise, there are several problems in terms of control of inventories due to the fact that expired products are found every month, this is a consequence of a lack of control of merchandise.
