Control interno en la gestión de proveedores de la Empresa Agrícola Briones Barragan Agribba S.A.

The company Agrícola Briones Barragan AGRIBBA SA, is a family business, founded on July 4, 2002 and registered as a company on August 25, 2016 in the Superintendency of Companies, dedicated to the wholesale marketing of chemical and related products whose objective is to expand in the agricultural market offering quality products in order to become the best option in the agricultural market. The present case study was carried out with the aim of investigating how commercial relations with suppliers are carried out and possible shortcomings in the control of purchasing processes for the supply of products, as well as the distribution it uses in its inventories in order to have a good management of their provisions, the existence of a control manual was also covered, and if this works in an ideal way for the fulfillment of the commitments that suppliers have with the entities. For the development of the case study called "Internal control in the management of suppliers of the company Agrícola Briones Barragan AGRIBBA S.A.", the applied methodology was descriptive using the interview technique.
