Today, worldwide, companies seek to improve their work performance and the proper use of their organizational resources. Due to this need, "teleworking" is implemented, in the face of a health emergency. The aforementioned case study was carried out in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Isidro Ayora canton, with the topic: Implementation of telework and its incidence in the administrative area of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Isidro Ayora canton. The objective of this research is to analyze the results in the absence of knowledge in all personnel of the administrative area, firstly, the structuring of the theoretical framework is based on consultations to bibliographic texts, scientific journals where relevant necessary information was found that allowed to validate and sustain the theoretical framework. On the other hand, the qualitative methodology was used, therefore, the interview technique was developed by means of a questionnaire of questions to the mayor of said institution to obtain accurate information about the problem. It also allowed us to draw conclusions and issue recommendations. According to the information obtained in the development of the research, it is found that it is useful to maintain adequate training for administrative personnel, about the handling of virtual instruments and tools that facilitate us to know the use, the advantages and disadvantages that this professional tool provides, teleworking, having the benefit of the productivity of the staff of the administrative departments. |
