Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | Assertive communication in informative spaces is of great importance in the substantive functions carried out by the members of the Technical University of Babahoyo "Quevedo Extension", therefore, the purpose of this research is to demonstrate how assertive communication influences the activities carried out. in the academy, research and link with society denominated as the substantive functions of the University. For the execution of the stated objectives, statistical tests were carried out through the application of surveys in the students of the UTB Extension Quevedo in order to determine if they use an assertive communication style in the exercise of their functions. The results indicate that there is a relationship between the study variables, but a type of assertive communication is not applied in which students can express their ideas and opinions in a confident manner, reducing the possibility of generating conflicts in the process of transmitting information and specific messages, assertive communication allows you to express ideas freely and spontaneously, respecting the opinions of other people. |
