The results indicate that there is a relationship between the study variables, but a type of assertive communication is not applied in which students can express their ideas and opinions in a confident manner, reducing the possibility of generating conflicts in the process of transmitting information and specific messages, assertive communication allows you to express ideas freely and spontaneously, respecting the opinions of other people. |

Para la ejecución de los objetivos planteados se realizaron pruebas estadísticas mediante la aplicación de encuestas en los estudiantes de la UTB Extensión Quevedo con la finalidad de determinar si utilizan un estilo de comunicación asertiva en los espacios informativos en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
