Administrative management is the action in which employers or anyone organizes the steps to take to achieve a desired objective, with this action puts a control on the activities you want to carry out to know how it is going to be carried out and cover possible probable factors , plans the way in which each previously thought action will be executed so that it always has an advantage in relation to others and organizes each of the requirements that it will need to achieve that action and ensures that they are always at hand and can have of them as necessary, it is also to always carry a backup plan that allows to control if any situation deviates from the original objectives or in case of raising phenomena that are beyond human control. The Association of Agricultural Producers "Río Caracol" positioned in the Caracol parish of the Babahoyo canton, is a social organization in which its main objective is to bring benefits to each of the members that make it up, promoting economic and social interests both to them. as well as the community to which it belongs. The existing mismanagement is caused as a result of poor communication added to the fact that the controls are not being carried out in the best way and also the way in which the manager leads is not optimal causing dissatisfaction and demotivation among the partners and can generate an impact in the general operations of the association and its members.
