The existing mismanagement is caused as a result of poor communication added to the fact that the controls are not being carried out in the best way and also the way in which the manager leads is not optimal causing dissatisfaction and demotivation among the partners and can generate an impact in the general operations of the association and its members. |

La Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios “Río Caracol” posicionada en la parroquia Caracol del cantón Babahoyo, es una organización de carácter social en la que su principal objetivo es traer beneficios a cada uno de los socios que lo integran promoviendo intereses económicos y sociales tanto a ellos como a la comunidad a la que pertenece.
