All this was intended to make conclusions and recommendations intended to help the infant and improve the quality of life he is going through, so that the best decision can be used to improve the development of the LessLos hijos que tienen a sus padres separados presentan dificultades en cuanto a su conducta, estado emocional como en la realización de actividades de la vida diaria ya sea en la escuela o en las relaciones interpersonales a diferencia de hijos que tienen a sus padres juntos en matrimonio o en unión de hecho, la problemática de la desunión conyugal le contribuye al niño el desarrollo de un estado de desánimo en donde esta situación afecta de tal manera que se sienta desalentado; la finalidad de este trabajo de investigación es la recolección de datos para analizar cómo esta ruptura incide como factor determinante en la depresión infantil. Esta investigación se la realizo en base a la metodología de estudio de caso en donde se recabo información a través de diferentes técnicas como entrevistas semiestructuradas, historia clínica, tests que fueron aplicados y de suma importancia para la obtención de datos, en donde estos dan su validez.
