This research work presents the reality that exists in the jewelry agencies, the management and control of merchandise is a very important issue in any organization engaged in commercial activities. A qualitative method was used to explain the events and discover the shortcomings within the company through an interview, which served as a great way to obtain reliable results. Through a verification of the inventory model that is used on a daily basis, it was possible to visualize the errors that occur frequently within the institution. |
