| Резюме: | The purpose of this case study is to determine the inconsistencies caused by incorrect management of the functions performed by employees since there is no adequate preparation, by virtue of which it has been projected as the main objective to analyze the quality of customer service granted by the company Event’s Moran in the city of Babahoyo to improve the quality of the service, and in this way contribute with a solution to improve the situation of the company and guarantee customers a quality service; The inductive and descriptive method was applied, in addition to reinforcing the approach to the problem, with different theoretical sources of expert authors in the selected subject about an excellent quality of customer service, since for any company the success it grants is a product of service. that is granted; and based on the results obtained from the techniques and instruments used, such as the interview with the owner of the company, it has been shown that most of its employees have not obtained training, this occurs because it has been worked in an empirical way, giving as a result that the income of the company has decreased. |
