Consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas y su incidencia en la salud mental de un paciente de 17 años de edad del Centro de Rehabilitación Centenaves de la ciudad de Babahoyo

In the current case study, favorable results were obtained to delimit the behavior patterns of a 17-year-old adolescent who consumes psychotropic substances in the city of Babahoyo, therefore, a theoretical and bibliographical investigation was developed to be able to make a variant management. The psychological techniques that were applied to the patient were very useful for its improvement, which are: clinical interview, observation, clinical history, in addition to using the tests or battery to be able to define more accurately the disease that the patient has. With the results obtained from the investigation and the test, it was possible to determine that the adolescent presents F19 disorders related to other psychoactive substances and F93.0 separation anxiety disorders in childhood, according to the manual for the classification of mental and behavioral disorders of the ICD-10. Due to the separation of his parents and the consumption of heroin, also known as "H", for this I elaborated a work plan of a psychotherapeutic nature in reference to the conditions that the patient presented, more clearly it was developed in the cognitive, social, affective and somatic that would enable the patient to progress.
