إضافة وسم | الملخص: | This research is focused on the "analysis of administrative management", which has as its main objective to analyze the different areas of the banana plantation to identify the incidents that occur during the performance of the different works, with the help of this information it will be possible to make improvements so that the "La Olga Banana Company" improves in areas where its administration is not doing the right thing. Without a correct organization it will not be possible to have economic improvements and reduction of time for tasks. To carry out this study, it was based on conducting a survey of the workers and the manager of the company, with the aim of collecting information, making us aware of the problems. |
