To carry out this study, it was based on conducting a survey of the workers and the manager of the company, with the aim of collecting information, making us aware of the problems.La presente investigación está centrada en el “análisis de la gestión administrativa”, la cual tiene como principal objetivo de analizar las diferentes áreas de la bananera para identificar los incidentes que se presentan durante la realización de los distintos trabajos, ayudándonos de esta información se podrá realizar mejoras para que la “Empresa Bananera La Olga” mejore en las áreas donde su administración no está haciendo la adecuada. Sin una correcta organización no se podrá tener mejoras económicas y de reducción de tiempo para las tareas.
