| Тойм: | In the present investigative work, the sales management of the company Farmadescuento SA was analyzed during the period 2020-2021, domiciled in the Vinces Canton, whose commercial activity is the sale of wholesale and retail pharmaceutical products through the 132 Cruz Azul pharmacies, which belong to this company, characterized by being leaders in their market segment due to the greatest coverage and points nationwide. Likewise, the analytical method was applied that allowed knowing each of the elements and factors involved in the increase in sales, the quantitative method consisted in the treatment of data such as the collection, presentation and analysis of sales during both years. Regarding the interview as a research technique, it was carried out through a questionnaire of structured questions in order to obtain information about the opinions and perceptions of the company manager, about the scenario that the company he directs faced during the pandemic and how this context affected the Cruz Azul Pharmacy chains belonging to Farmadescuento. According to the results obtained, it was possible to identify the inconveniences that it presented, such as supply problems, product returns, high turnover, customer dissatisfaction, among others, but it was able to handle each of these difficulties, for which it obtained a percentage variation. of net sales by 7.36%. |
