Teniendo en consideración, que se identificaron falencias en relación a los consumidores, planes de trabajos y desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la organización. Por lo tanto, ha sido muy relevante haber analizado los procesos de gestión administrativa de SANFARMEDI S.A., para poder determinar los factores que han influido para no alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales, conllevando a que los ingresos por ventas disminuyan como también que el servicio al cliente se vea afectado por un desequilibrio en las áreas fundamentales de la empresa.
