The nursing care process was based on the direct care function of the patient, therefore the interventions were developed based on the needs of the pregnant woman. Resulting in the creation of nursing tools based on Nanda, Noc and Nic. To provide the patient with quality and warm care. |

La amenaza de aborto es una de las causas más conocida de alto índice de gravedad. que llegan al área de emergencia. La anemia es el trastorno nutricional más frecuente en el mundo, debido que en el embarazo existe una gran demanda de hierro. El presente caso clínico tiene como finalidad dar a conocer el proceso atención de enfermería en una gestante de 23 años con 22 semanas que acude al Hospital General Guasmo Sur, por presentar un cuadro clínico de ± 24 horas de evolución la cual presentaba manifestaciones clínicas con pérdida de moco y sangre en poca cantidad. el proceso de atención de enfermería se basó en la función asistencial directa al cuidado de la paciente por lo tanto se desarrollaron las intervenciones en base a las necesidades que presentaba la gestante. Dando como resultado la creación de unas herramientas de enfermería basada en el Nanda, Noc y Nic.
