El objetivo principal que busca determinar la calidad del control de inventarios que se aplica en la ferretería automotriz el maestro del cantón Baba.Para un eficiente desarrollo se utilizó el mmétodo cuantitativo, con el propósito de obtener información sobre el proceso de control de inventarios en la ferretería automotriz el maestro, se usó como técnica de recopilación de información, la encuesta, en este caso permite que la persona encargada de la investigación pueda encontrar una solución ante un problema presente. Para concluir el manejo de inventarios ha llegado a la cumbre de los problemas de la administración en la ferretería automotriz el maestro, en base a la información obtenida, a través de la aplicación de la encuesta, se determina que, al no existir un correcto manejo referente al control de inventarios, esto ocasiona perdida de dinero y tiempo, teniendo un bajo nivel de atención al cliente, al no contar con lo que el consumidor solicita, ocasionando que disminuya el flujo de efectivo para la empresa. Finalmente se recomienda realizar de forma periódica el control de la mercadería que se oferta en la ferretería automotriz el maestro.
