Description
Summary:This document details about enzymes as biological catalysts, quality indicators and development in plants. Enzymes play a vital role in agriculture and in the nutrient cycling, because they constantly synthesize, accumulate, inactivate and decompose the soil. Therefore, it was determined that catalytic enzymes improve the quality of plants, from the seed due to various genetic components, to the development of plants due to their physiological characteristics; All enzymes can be catalyzed by plants; are biomolecules of a protein nature that accelerate the reaction rate until reaching an equilibrium, which constitute the most numerous type of protein that acts as catalysts for specific chemical reactions in living beings or biological systems and amino acids, peptides and proteins improve plantations and consequently they influence the good yield of the crop.
